Chris (and his apprentice) was excellent. He was most curteous and worked very efficiently. When he left I felt that he had done a thorough job. He was to arrive between 8-10. He did so which is very important to me.

We contacted Bosco for a floor/sewer drain backed up. They plumber showed up and was in my basement for 10 minutes, with 1 foot of snake out and advised me he pulled out rocks and pipe with the snake and we would need to do a tear up. We decided to get a 2nd opinion, the next company came in and did a full out snake of our line and camera inspection. There NO ROCKS and NO DAMAGED PIPE. Very dishonest encounter. Would not recommend.

We contacted Bosco for a floor/sewer drain backed up. They plumber showed up and was in my basement for about 10 minutes, with 1 foot of snake out he advised me he pulled out rocks and a piece of a pipe with the snake and we would need to do a tear up job. We decided to get a 2nd opinion, the next company came in and did a full out snake of our line and camera inspection. There was NO ROCKS and NO DAMAGED PIPE. Very dishonest encounter. Would not recommend.

My husband and I just moved into our new home when we noticed that our hot water was non-existent. After going back and forth with the company we rent our on demand heater from and another plumbing company (not as reliable as Bosco) for 4 days we finally found Bosco. They sent someone (Dan K.) to my home the same day because they understood what I was going through, and wanted to get the issue resolved for us as quickly as possible. Dan was fantastic, he was thorough, respectful, polite, and, for the first time in days, I trusted someone. He did some work the same-day and came to our house the next morning (at 8:30 am) to finish the job, calling me frequently with updates (likely because he saw how defeated I was feeling). He resolved the issue early in the day and communicated all details (including problems - both plumbing related and other), and was extremely transparent and open with costs - no hidden charges here. I was also impressed by how Bosco appears to genuinely care about their employees and their clients, calling both parties to ensure that everyone is aligned with visit timing and to check in to verify that the plumber arrived/ someone is home to receive him/her. I rated Bosco (and Dan) 5 stars and would have gone higher if it were possible. I will definitely use this company again requesting Dan K. if possible.

The technicians do not really know what they are doing, and they just end up wasting my time. And the cost is sky high! never again!

If you're having an emergency, as you likely are ... call these guys! Trust me. For starters, the guy on the phone for Bosco was the best. Very polite, and very understanding of how stressed I was. He walked me quickly through the process of getting the plumber, and then also taking the time to give me some preliminary steps while he was evaluating my situation. Furthermore, he kept calling in to check on me and to reassure me that I haven't been forgotten, and that the plumber is on his way. (Which took about 1 hour, which is pretty good, seeing as this was an after-hours call). It's nice when I'm being checked on, instead of checking on them. Then, Bosco really kicks it up a notch, by sending a really professional Plumber, who knew how to take care of the situation, and if there was anything else to be concerned about (like my walls, or my carpets). His name was Steve, and if you get him, you're a lucky camper. He has that level of expertise where you can feel confident he'll get the job done, and overly joyous to the point you want to give him gifts of gratitude because he did such a great job, with such a great manner of conduct. Cheers, and I will certainly turn to you guys again in the future.

Update! To follow on my initial experience & review with Bosco I am happy to say Bosco followed thru on their promise of customer satisfaction. After communicating with their Manager [Rob R] he took the necessary steps to make sure I was happy. During this process he was sincere and focused on resolving the issue at hand; I will give Bosco another opportunity in future. I was refunded the cost of the initial service fee, and was given a free VIP package for future calls. In all fairness, I cannot condemn an entire company because of the actions of one employee. Bosco does have a great reputation and a lot of satisfied customers. Thanks Rob R for resolving my issue first hand, and thanks for returning my call on a Sunday as well!

We had been having problems with our air conditioning for a while, so we decided to call Bosco because it was the top rated plumbing place. The man who came pointed out that it was only a broken fuse, but we should get the vent fixed so that it wouldn't leak. The man himself refused to do it, complaining that "he was too tall" and "it was too hot", but he charged us full price any way. After he left we heard a weird noise coming from near the vent. As anyone would do, we called him back. He told us it was just the jets in the bath, and then referred to my mother as a "crazy lady". The jets only turned on after he checked the leak over the bathtub. We had never used the jets before. This is the worst place to call for help.

AVOID! Terrible company. Plumber disconnected the toilet without having a bucket to catch the water so I had a flood in my bathroom. He proceeded to use my towels to clean up his mess. Charged us over 400.00 to change the flange which still doesn't work. For some reason he removed the pins???? All he was concerned about was us signing a yearly contract. He told us by signing this contract we have head of the line service and Bosco is available 24/7. That's a crock, we called all weekend and all we got was voicemail which was full. When my husband called Monday, he was told someone would get right back to him...no one has. Very unprofessional, untruthful company and this particular employee is NOT a qualified plumber. We will advise the construction industry, family, friends and those in need of a plumber to BEWARE ... DO NOT USE.

Tony showed up exactly on time. He assessed my problem right away and gave me a couple of ways to fix it. I choose the most expensive but best way to go, and Tony immediately got to work. He even had to leave briefly for a non-standard part he needed. When he finished, the plumbing under my sink was fixed even better than the part first installed by the original installers. After finishing, he left the sink and surrounding area cleaner than it was before he began his work. I can't say enough good things about Tony and BOSCO Home Services!

I had the guy come today from Bosco to unclog my kitchen sink. He said 1st he needs to look and see. It was a simple kitchen clog. After he came, he told me he does not know what is wrong. He pretended that he is looking. Then i said not to do anything unless he tells me the rate. He said our starting rate is 550 plus tax and that because i am a new customer, i get $50 discount. Which is 499 + tax . what a rip off. This is like a theft to me . Bosco and Reputation ? . I told him to be honest next time and let customers know the rate ahead of time this will save my time and your time. He simply said that he gets paid anyway for coming to my place from his boss so no problem for him !! Great !! so how is that this guy was charged $150.00 and me 500 to unclog a simple kitchen sink ?

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Extremely disappointed with the service that we've received on repeated occasion from Bosco Home Services. If you are looking for a company that will show up on time, fix the problem the first time and make you feel like a valued customer, you NEED to look somewhere else. I originally heard about Bosco on Newstalk 1010 and call them to be our home service provider to look after our A/C and Furnace. The initial service seemed good so we signed up with them for their annual Gold Service maintenance plan and went from being an important customer to a forgotten one. When our AC wasn't working a few months later, we called only to be put on a two week waiting list despite the fact that we were supposed to receive expedited service. After demanding more expedient service, we had a tech come out who knew nothing about how to fix our AC. He ended up buying a new motor and wired it incorrectly. DAYS later, after elevating to a Sr. Manager, we had to request another more senior tech arrive to get it working. They confirmed that the only reason it wasn't working was because of the previous tech's workmanship. When we had a plumbing issue, Bosco gave their best recommendation on what should be done to fix it. $400 later, their recommendation did nothing to fix the problem so there was another $400 down the drain thanks to their incompetence. We were supposed to receive a call from Bosco as part of our Gold Plan for seasonal check ups. They NEVER called. When we called, they would book appointments and give us a 3 hour window of time to be home. On MULTIPLE occasions they would not show up and call us AFTER the appointment window. After again reaching out to a Sr. Manager, they said they were really sorry and would do everything they could to make it right. We booked yet another appointment and were told we'd be the first appointment of the day and wouldn't you know it.... we stayed home from 11-2 on a Saturday only for them to not show up AGAIN!!!!!!!! If you want to set up appointments with a company only to wait around all day for service that you may or may not receive from a tech who may or may not know how to fix the problem, then Bosco is the company for you. Plan to give up more of your time if you want to speak to the owner as they will send you a complaint form to fill out and submit. This company is a complete JOKE. We are going to do everything that we can do to prevent Bosco from wasting other people's time.

i had my main water shut off valve changed from a leaky gate valve to a ball valve i thought it was pricey/when comparing prices it was was reasonable but tony made a stressful situation into a pleasure to have an experienced plumber take care of my issue. ( thank you Tony )

called at approx 1pm....its now 720pm and still no one here...was told in first phone call could have someone there in 1 hour....last time I call them...not very impressed!!
