Toni Temelkovski certainly showed the quality their company is made of.  I would use Draincom again, they live up to their warranties which are based on do it right the first time! fulfilled my expectations with the good Work! My basement problem solved, with external waterproofing, no more leaks! Would recommend them with confidence.

I had a plumber come and install a tub for me. I wasn't sure that they did a good job and wanted a second opinion. Val the plumber gave me a rough quote over the phone; based on the amount I knew he wasn't trying to take me for a ride. He showed up on the date and at the time promised. He inspected the tub and concluded that it was okay but the rough-ins were too far inset. He adjusted them so that, once the tiling was done, the trim would go on properly. While he was here, he also installed two faucets, connected two vanity drains, one shower trim kit, replaced 5 shut-offs, and replaced 2 outdoor hose bibs. All this for a very reasonable price. I feel like I underpaid. To be fair, the solder on one of the shutoffs drips a tiny bit. When I called to tell him the next day as that's when I noticed, Val offered to come immediately to fix it. With the shutoff engaged, it doesn't drip so I'll have him do it when I'm ready to have the toilets and trim installed in my bathrooms when they're done. Mistakes happen; that's life. I'm impressed that he owned-up to it and was willing to come right away to fix it instead of making excuses. Val is courteous, friendly, competent, and professional. I hope I don't ever have plumbing problems but if I do I will be calling him. All in all, don't waste anymore of your time looking for plumbers. Too many give outrageous quotes, or charge you a fee to come and give an outrageous quote, or just don't return your calls. Call DrainCom. Based on my experience, you'll be glad you did.

Called DrainCom looking for a quote to do waterproofing. Had someone come out the next day and look at the problems I had brought up. He was very thorough and took his time to explain everything to me. I was able to have a crew come out within the week to do dig around my foundation and take care of my basement leak. Great company to work with, highly recommend.

Toni came to my project house for a quote and was able to provide an accurate estimate within an hour. There was a lot to do: changing all water supplies, cutting stack, and changing the drain. Toni went above and beyond the initial work requested without charging any extra money. I would definitely recommend his professionalism, and customer service.

Worst experience ever with any company I've dealt with. I booked an appointment with this company to service a low water pressure problem at a rental property(my first mistake). Appointment set for 9:am.Tues morning. It takes me an hour one way to get to this property. That's 2 hours driving plus whatever time the call would take, so I booked the morning off. Arrived at the property at 8:55 and waited.... and waited... I called the company at 9:15 to be informed that the plumber was unable to do the service call due to an emergency somewhere else. They claimed that they had tried to contact me. My cell phone had logged no missed calls, so I expected that when I got home there would be a message on my land line. I was given the plumber Val's direct line. I called him and he said he could be there on Thursday morning same time. I gave him the benefit of the doubt (my second mistake). Had to contact my tenants to offer an apology , thank them for their patience and to rebook the entry time into house. When I got home that day there was no message from the plumber on my land line. The following day (Wed ) I called their office to make sure that my appointment had been logged in and to make very clear the amount of time that it takes out of my day just to get there. I was assured , more than once that the plumber " WOULD BE THERE" at 9:am sharp. Again I booked the morning off. On Thursday morning I waited at the house until 9:15 at which time I CALLED HIM. He didn't seem to care at all that he was late. It didn't seem to occur to him that maybe he should call the customer to explain that he was going to be late, especially since he was going to be at least another 30 to 40 minutes getting there. At this point in the conversation I lost all trust in this company. Maybe they have so many customers that they don't care how much of their time they waste, I don't know. I do know this INTEGRITY.. I give them a ZERO. My phones on Tues showed no evidence of them contacting me so for HONESTY .....ZERO. As for QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP.... who knows .. you can't count on them to show up. Would I call this company again..... Not even to fix my outhouse.
