I am extremely upset. Frustrated with only the Sales Representative, Ryan M. He is so crazy. Unprofessional. Writing fake reviews online. Harassing me online. Contacting other businesses. He did all the above online. While he represent himself as "Sales Representative for Fluent Home". He has not stopped. Ruining the his represent his credits as a Sales Representative. And Fluent Home Name. I have no idea. How people can trust, feel secure buying home security. Buying from not so stable. Ryan M.

We live on an acreage where we live and run a business. Fluent staff were very professional and turned our current security system that was marginal into something we can be very comfortable that we are secure. Our insurance company felt the same way. They gave us more options and saved us money at the same time.

Very unhappy and unnecessary stress... A representative came to my house at the time (rental) Before anything, I had told him I was not interested in buying on account of it being a rental. He then assured me that it was completely free. He was not to step in my house otherwise. I made that clear.. Apparently they had a promotion where if you have their sign in the window and their sing on the lawn, some areas were given promotions with the high crime rate.. I agreed, after his word that nothing was to cost me, and a great promotion. I hardly wanted them/him in my house. I especially was not buying... Here comes collections... Your men are scam artists... I'm sure you product may be needed, but to push it on people causing problems is far from caring for ones safety and best interest... Way to help

They've been great to work with. The system works great! They've always been available and if I've had any questions they were right there to answer them. Even our sales rep has called to see how we're doing from time to time!! Great company. Great price. Excellent coverage.

I've absolutely loved working for this company. Over the last while I've seen that Fluent truly offers best pricing and best product compared to ADT, Protection 1, Vivint, Monitronics and every other alarm company in the industry. People can keep the original system they've loved for so many years and just receive a lower monthly service bill from us. If they don't want that, we can provide a newer system close to the price they were paying before. We do all of this with covering about $1,500 in equipment, the installation cost and possibly the Activation cost. I would recommend Fluent to anybody that is looking for peace of mind at a good price.

I rarely ever heard from my old security company, even when they decided to raise their rates. Since we switched to Fluent, we have had great customer service, and even when the power went out, they called and sent email and text notifications to see if everything was alright. We are so glad we switched!

Joseph Cicala explained how to upgrade our current system and move us to a local provider. he was professional and not pushy which was great, I look forward to our new system being installed and our cameras up and running. I would recommend Fluent if you are looking to switch security providers.

UPDATE FROM MAY 3 Fluent finally came to remove equipment!! Not only was guy 40min late but wrecked one of my blinds and left a mess from removing panel. Left screws in wall and just pulled plug so staples went all over. I have to Follow behind with a broom!!!! what a sad company Worst company ever!! Do yourself a favour don't go with them and DONT SIGN CONTRACT. I had some get into my house and alarm went off. They didn't contact me for 6min. Wow what are we paying for?? They lock you in with contract and even if service is horrible you have to fight them. Biggest mistake of my life

Shane my rep was great! Very polite and knowledgeable - Fluent fixed the problems my previous company didn't want to bother with - like my back door sensor falling off. Thanks Fluent 😆
